Laboratory Technician

Will Estes is a Laboratory Technician at RDi, part of McCarl’s Technical Services, supporting mineralogical and metallurgical testwork with an emphasis on sample preparation, process documentation, and data organization. He plays a key role in keeping testing programs accurate and repeatable by maintaining detailed records, documenting procedures and results, and supporting organized laboratory workflows.

Will is completing his bachelor’s degree in metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the Colorado School of Mines, with a focus on extractive metallurgy. His academic foundation in extractive processes supports RDi’s mineral processing and testing work and positions him to grow into increasingly technical roles across the lab.
