Danielle Hanna

Danielle Hanna joined RDi at McCarl’s Technical Services as a laboratory technician in June 2026. She specializes in metallurgical and mineral processing testwork and data collection, and plays a key role in improving laboratory workflow and safety at RDi. Danielle pairs a strong analytical chemistry foundation with hands-on experience across a range of ISO- and OSHA-regulated laboratory environments, which allows her to approach diverse test programs with rigor and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset.

Danielle holds a BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology and a BA in Spanish from Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA, where she earned honors for undergraduate research in analytical method development. Her rigorous, interdisciplinary background makes her well suited to the complex problem-solving that defines work at RDi. She is currently expanding her expertise in ICP-MS and AA analysis, complex chemical processing, gravity separation, and froth flotation.
