Director of Engineering

Jessica Ayers is the Director of Engineering at McCarl’s Technical Services and has more than two decades of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex capital projects across oil & gas, pharmaceutical, utilities, and manufacturing industries. She specializes in full lifecycle engineering execution for EPC and design build programs, guiding projects from early concept and FEED through commissioning and operational handover. Based in Denver, Colorado, Jessica brings a collaborative, solutions driven approach to every engagement—helping clients navigate technical complexity with clarity, confidence, and measurable results.

Jessica holds a BS in mechanical engineering, an MS in environmental science and engineering from Colorado School of Mines, and an MBA from Washington State University. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in six states, and a PMP certified project manager.
